Diet & Exercise Update

Hello again my fit friends. I've been eating mostly fish & vegetables, and I feel great! Once in a while  I'll have some chicken or a big fat juicy burger. But meat is eatin in moderation. Daily, I still do my sit- ups & push- ups. Your diet must always be inline with exercise.

Oh, and there is an app I'm using on my iPad to track my calories- Lose It. It's really da shit!

I'm baaaaaack! You lazy fuckers!!

Wow, it's been a while but I've been traveling and tryin to keep in shape. My 50th birthday was in April. Damn, I'm an ol nigga lol!!! I'm still exercising and staying lean and mean. My diet is fruits fish & veggies, beans & nuts- boring as shit. But if you want that six-pack, that's tha diet y'all. I cheat with chicken & beef sometimes. I'm not as tight as I want to be... Yet. Today's lesson: always exercise and eat less meat & sugar!!
